Professor María Isabel Torres Cazorla, Faculty of Law, University of Málaga, Spain
Maria Isabel Torres Cazorla is associate professor of Public International Law and International Relations (accredited to Full Professor), at the University of Málaga (Spain). She is Vice-dean of International Relations the Faculty of Law of the University of Málaga. During the years 2003-2006 she cooperated with the Special Rapporteur of the International Law Commission of the United Nations (Geneva, Switzerland), in order to enhance the codification and progressive development of the topic Unilateral Acts of States. She has been Editor in chief of the Spanish Yearbook of International Law (2009-2013). Former chair of the Interest Group of International Biolaw of the European Society of International Law, she has been visiting professor at the Universities of Paris-Nanterre (París), Università degli Studi di Urbino and Università degli Studi di Salerno, among others.

Professor Jennifer McKay, Adelaide University, Australia
Jennifer Margaret McKay AM currently serves as Professor of Business Law at Adelaide University, bringing more than four decades of interdisciplinary expertise across law, policy, and environmental regulation. Professor McKay is internationally recognised for her extensive research on water law and governance, providing evidence‑based insights that have influenced policymakers, supported legal reform, and helped build trust within the water sector. Her scholarship includes more than 180 publications across environmental and natural resources management law. Her contributions span numerous national and international research bodies, with funding from the Australian Research Council, the National Groundwater Centre of Excellence, UNESCO, the OECD, and the World Bank. She has applied her expertise globally, including research and advisory roles in the United States, India, Fiji, and Vietnam.Professor McKay’s legal and academic career includes major roles at the University of South Australia, University of Melbourne, James Cook University, and an adjunct appointment at the Australian National University College of Law and UniFiji. She also served for 25 years as a part‑time Commissioner and mediator on the South Australian Environment, Resources and Development Court, contributing significantly to natural resource management and dispute resolution between regulators and industry stakeholders. Her professional impact has been recognised widely. In 2023, she was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for significant service to the legal profession.

Professor Michal Saliternik, Netanya Academic College School of Law, Israel
Michal Saliternik is a professor of international law at the Netanya Academic College. Her current research focuses on violent conflicts, peacemaking, international space law, international legal theory, and the intersection of international law and politics. She earned her Ph.D. from Tel Aviv University and served as a Hauser Global Fellow at New York University and as a visiting professor at the Freie Universität Berlin, the University of Graz, and Charles University in Prague. Her recent articles have appeared in the Modern Law Review, the American Journal of International Law, the European Journal of International Law, The Leiden Journal of International Law, and the Pennsylvania Journal of International Law, among others. She is also involved with civil society organizations promoting peace and the rule of law in the context of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Professor Sivan Shlomo-Agon, Bar-Ilan University Faculty of Law, Israel
Sivan Shlomo-Agon is a Professor of Law at Bar-Ilan University Law School. Her research focuses on public international law, international economic law, international courts and organizations, global governance, international legal theory, and empirical legal studies. She was an Emile Noël Fellow at NYU and has held visiting positions at the University of Zurich, the Technical University of Munich, the University of Graz, Erasmus University of Rotterdam, the University of Oslo, and the World Trade Organization. Her book, International Adjudication on Trial: The Effectiveness of the WTO Dispute Settlement System, was published by Oxford University Press. Her work has appeared in leading journals, including the American Journal of International Law, Modern Law Reivew, Leiden Journal of International Law, Global Constitutionalism, University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law, University of Toronto Law Journal, Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law, and World Trade Review.
